All the more reason to drink coffee and tea, a recent study has come out suggesting that regular coffee and tea drinkers are at significantly lower risks of getting Type 2 diabetes.

Although it is not clear exactly what correlation drinking these beverages has with lowered incidences of diabetes (some doctors suggest that there may be other factors in play) or exactly WHAT in these beverages may be causing this positive effect, I think it's still pretty good news.
(Of course, we all think things are good news if they give us justification to keep doing what we're doing, and let me tell you, I drink a lot of coffee and tea! Hehe.)
