These shirts shrink badly. Now I need to find a shorter, fatter person for whom this will now fit.

I saw a post about bamboo made shirts last week at cool hunting. Bambooza is pretty expensive, but I ordered a few from www.bambooclothes.com.

Quite nice. In fact, IT'S A MIRACLE! Softest shirt I own by far and the least sweat-inducing of any I've tried. Growing up in China, we would sleep on bamboo mats in the summer, but it was not soft and comfortable. Don't trade your a/c for them. They should've pulped it and caustic soda'd it like they did these shirt fibers.

My mom once told me the greatness of hemp clothing for summer comfort but this bamboo might be nicer. Feels like they covered the threads in teflon. I'll act the guinea pig and tell you if in fact their non-stick coating lasts a Davis summer afternoon ball game. If only I had some bamboo socks, underwear and shorts to match...
